» he's vegetarian, he always has been as he was brought up that way. he's only ever had meat once and that was by accident, it didn't really go down well with his stomach anyway. he pretty much lives of salad and nuts.
» his favourite band is deaf havana, then comes the maine as a close second. he hates anything that isn't indie, rock, pop punk, metal or hardcore. anything between those genres he generally likes.
» he had leukemia when he was 7, it was tough to go through, especially since he refused to eat meat and he had to get all his protein through pills. to the doctors it was quite a surprise when he beat the cancer but it broke down his immune system massively so even a small cold can make him need to be in bed all day.
» he has hypochondria, meaning he is scared of getting ill. the fear really developed after he recovered from leukemia as a kid. he's scared in case his cancer comes back or if his immune system is too weak to fend off other diseases. he's sort of developed mysophobia and obsessive compulsive disorder over it but they are milder than his hypochondria.
» he went to college to study medicine but he dropped out because of his hypochondria. it wasn't really a wise move but he wanted to get over his fears. his attempt failed, obviously, so instead he decided to manage for murder mayhem. he didn't even get three months in to it.
» he learnt guitar when he was suffering from leukemia so that he could get his mind off the illness, and it worked well. it's the only instrument he ever learnt however.
» he is metrosexual meaning he is straight but he has gay tenancies half the time, he cares for his looks and health more than he should for a guy but he can't help it.
» his catchphrase is "just no".
» he grew up in ontario, canada, he moved once when he was 9 to britain to try and escape the fact ted had gotten cancer but that was impossible so his family came back just over a year later. they moved back to the same area and he got in to the same school he was in previously so they just resumed their old lives.
» his dad is british and his mother is french-canadian, because of this he knew how to speak french before everyone else in the school he attended in britain--he'd often use it to impress the girls--but he isn't as fluent as his mom or siblings.
» he has a huge family, he has three sisters and four brothers. yeah. it's pretty big. in order it goes micah, jarod, robin, him, farrah, garrett, benjamin and lastly neveah. for age, micah is twenty five, jarod and robin are twenty four, ted himself is twenty one, farrah is twenty, garrett is seventeen, ben is fourteen and neveah is eight.
» the guy has never been late in his life, not even once if he can help it. he was one of those kids that always handed his homework in on time and was so organized that it was scary in school. but that didn't mean that he was smarter, if anything he was an average kid.
