[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style, margin: auto; padding: 10px; background-color: #ffffff; width: 400px;]ALICE/DREW, FIVE ZERO FIVE, ANTARCTICA BY HANDS LIKE HOUSES, outfit, THIS IS A SHORTY. you're not a hero, you're a liar. you're not a savior, you're a vampire sucking the life out of all the friends you've ever known.
as tay pulled over her soft wool jumper over her head she shivered slightly, she was going on a date with drew. this had to be the first time in months and she wouldn't really call it a date generally--especially since they weren't actually going out anywhere--but the fact that it had been some time since her and drew had been on a date she was nervous; it felt like a first date all over again. she was probably overdressing for the occasion but she wanted to look nice for drew, she wanted to look like she had at least tried tonight for him. despite the fact that tay had been cheating on her boyfriend, she still loved him with all her heart. she just missed him, consoling in the roadie ended up a big mistake that never actually ended. she wanted to end it but tay never had the heart to break bad news to anyone. it was the same with telling drew about her mistake, she was too nervous to what would happen to the band and their relationship; she didn't want to lose what she had. she was happy with her life.
the twenty three year old ran a brush through her hair gently as she looked in the mirror to check her reflection. she looked worried. she dropped the brush in to the sink before rubbing her eyes roughly a to try and scratch away the expression she had pressed on her face. she looked back up in the mirror and smiled at herself, okay, at least she didn't look frazzled. hopefully drew would just pass it off as tay being nervous, but tay being nervous was a rare thing. she was the most loud and obnoxious person anyone could meet, for a girl at least. that's probably why the girl had such a great stage presence.
once she was done with her hair she pulled on a hat to try and neaten the long hair slightly, and just in case drew decided to suddenly take her outside for a walk or something. she wasn't exactly sure what drew had planned for the night other than cooking her dinner so she was trying to prepare herself for anything she could think of. then again, drew could be pretty unpredictable sometimes, hopefully tonight they'll just spend the night in. she wanted to anyway, she wanted to spend time with her boyfriend, she hadn't had a proper conversation with him on the tour, tonight was the perfect chance to.
“drew?” the girl called from the bathroom just as she was readjusting her jumper for the hundredth time. she reached her hand out to the door handle and opened the door slowly, “is everything ready?” tay asked in to the darkness as she stepped out of the light. there was no one in the bus apart from drew and her so the only person she had to worry about bumping in to was drew at the moment, “drew, where are you? you haven't left me, have you?”

Drew had missed Tay a lot over the last couple months. It seemed ever since they had started this tour it had become a struggle to be together. Drew just missed being around his girl quite frankly. Heck at this point he would have just settled with being at the signing table at the same time, being interviewed at the same time, and actually seeing her before he fell asleep. But between the tour itself, the endorsement ads he had to do, and the fans he barely got to lay eyes on her at all. So when he had a chance to snag her for a night at home, he took it. As grumpy as some of the band mates and crew were he kicked them off the bus. Drew needed some time with Tay without the distraction of what everyone else was doing. The vocalist had planned to make his long time girlfriend dinner, and then maybe take a walk around the venue if she wanted. Drew hadn’t really dressed up for the occasion, mostly because he didn’t feel it was necessary. After all he was comfortable with their relationship, and didn’t feel the need to try as hard at impressing her anymore. She loved him, slob or not, right? He grinned at the thought as he continued to make breakfast food. Sure it wasn’t your typical romantic dinner, but Drew was a darn good cook regardless of what he was making.
If you had spent the entire tour eating fast food, it was sure to be a treat. When he heard Tay call his name he smiled. “Yeah just finishing some stuff up. You done getting all dolled up yet.’ he playfully teased. Drew was a very simple man, he didn’t have many possessions, and he found his friendships, and connections with people to be the most valuable of things. Drew wasn’t greedy, he wasn’t aggressive in any sense, and best of all he had a child like outlook on the world. Everything could be amazing and fun as long as you thought positively. This trait was something people either loved, or hated about him. But Drew stood strong against change, and no amount of pressure had ever caused him to give into peer pressure. The man did want he wanted how he wanted, and when he wanted without hesitation. The opinions of others didn’t affect him, and he prided himself on that fact.
“Of course not, just finishing up a few things.” he said placing the eggs, bacon, and fried potatoes he had made on two plates before bringing it into the little dining area. When Tay finally appeared he smiled before walking over and wrapping his arms around her in a loving fashion. “I missed you.” he said his dark eyes looking down at her affectionately. He left his arms wrapped around her for a couple of minutes, before letting go, but not before he had snuck a small kiss. “So I decided not to make anything fancy, but I promise you will love it.” he said with a goofy, happy go lucky smile.

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style, margin: auto; padding: 10px; background-color: #ffffff; width: 400px;]ALICE/DREW, FOUR FOUR SEVEN, THE PAST SIX YEARS BY DEAF HAVANA, outfit, THIS IS A LATEY. you're not a hero, you're a liar. you're not a savior, you're a vampire sucking the life out of all the friends you've ever known.
the thought of having drew all to herself made tay feel great--she finally had her boyfriend back for one night. one night always made the difference, even if it's spent just talking or sat in silence. she wouldn't care for either, she just wanted to be in her boyfriends company once more, even if she was going to feel guilt half way through for the fact that she'd cheated on him countless times with the same guy. she pin points the reason on the comfort of having someone wanting her when drew couldn't all the time.
"yeah just finishing up some stuff. you done getting dolled up yet."
tay couldn't help but smirk as her boyfriend spoke, pulling at the end of her jumper nervously as she did. his voice was perfect but it was just the same as all the other guys in the band. something about it was different, maybe it was just the way that tay heard it, “i wouldn't call it 'getting dolled up', more of a 'getting out of sweaty clothes i wore on stage so i'm more presentable' sort of thing,” she gave a little smirk as she gave her reply to her boyfriend, once more adjusting her jumper nervously.
“of course not, just finishing up a few things.”
she grinned at the sight of her boyfriend standing with two plates of food. breakfast food. of course, breakfast food was his specialty. no one could out cook him when it came to bacon. tay couldn't cook to save her life so having a boyfriend who was better than her definitely was a perk. it was only a few seconds later that tay was enveloped in a loving hug which she returned instantly. the warmth of drew was so comforting, she was finally in his arms again after so many weeks of having to find that comfort in the roadie. she grimaced at the thought, she promised herself she wouldn't think of him when she was with drew. when she pulled away she grinned at drew just after he gave her a small kiss, “i missed you more,” she smiled and let her arms fall to her sides as drew stepped away.
“so i decided not to make anything fancy, but I promise you will love it.”
tay looked down at the two plates propped on the table and gave a little smirk. her head fell down as she did but she looked up instantly with the smirk still pressed on her face, “you know i love your cooking either way, drew, breakfast food is just perfect,” she grinned and pressed her lips to his cheek as her own way of saying 'thank you' to drew. she let the kiss linger for a second before she pulled away with another grin. the affect that drew had on her was crazy. then again, she was a little crazy anyway.

Drew smiled as she explained that she wasn't getting dolled up, but rather was being courteous but changing to spare him her sweating appearance. Drew laughed lightly, his smile unable to remain a simple grin. Drew loved Tay far more than any other girl he had ever encountered. Something about her mere presence made him inexplicably happy. He would ruthlessly defend her no matter the allegation, or situation. He was bonded so deeply to her that he was blind to her deceit, and probably always would be. Drew chuckled lightly when she said she had missed him more. " I highly doubt that, I've been going crazy with you. I'm so bummed when I finally make it back to the bus, and your already sound asleep. " Drew said with a frown. "I slept on the couch the other night, because I didn't want to move you, you looks so comfortable sprawled out across my bunk." a smile tugging at the corners of his mouth. "I really do love you Tay." he blurted out, though after the words had escape he was a little curious to why he had spoken them.
Even slightly alarmed by the tone he had chosen. It was a nervous tone that had escaped his perfect lips, and he was confused to why he seemed to be so nervous. Drew knew he hadn't done anything to damage their relationship, well not in the sense of cheating. He trusted Tay with every fiber of his being, so why he had even spoken those words he had no idea. Drew rubbed the back of his neck nervously, looking anywhere but her face at the moment. When he sat down with his food he began to eat it rather quickly, mostly because his nerves were getting the best of him. There were a lot of thoughts plaguing his mind lately, and a couple questions he had to let out. "We are okay Tay? right? " he said finally looking up from his plate and over to her. "I know I haven't given you the attention you deserve, and I'm really sorry for that. Life has just gotten crazy hectic, but I do love you." Damnit he said the phrase again. Drew got rather irritated with himself and tossed his fork on his plate.
"Damnit, I don't know why I keep saying that. I guess I'm just so afraid I'm letting you down, that I'm not around enough for you... " Drew sighed resting his head on his hands for a moment, before letting his eyes steal a glance at her. "I just miss you so much, and it seems like every aspect of this tour is trying to keep us apart. The fans, the staff, the label, other bands, and i hate it." he said looking down once more. "I miss the good old days when we used to goof off, and actually had the same bed time." he said with a laugh. Deciding her was done eating, he left his plate where it was, and moved over closer to Tay. He let his arms fall over her shoulder as he contemplated what to say next.
