She couldn't sleep last night. Well, she normally couldn't sleep. But the difference between her and people who just didn't sleep because they couldn't. She never got tired. Her endless energy seemed to keep her awake and happy. Of course, she had help from the coffee and those disgusting energy drinks you're not suppose to have she was a happy kid. Running a hand through her blonde hair, Clio had stepped off the bus of darkness and into the sunlight, tilting her face up to the sky a bit before dropping her head and taking a sip out of the monster can that she wrapped her fingers around.
Clio ran a hand through her hair again, tugging her blonde hair. It wasn't that messy, but still. It was obvious she just through it up and out of her face. Clio yawned though, her eyes a bit heavy with sleep, but she just took another sip from the can, walking along the buses as her phone rang the tune of Kissing In Cars by Pierce the Veil. Checking all pockets, she finally found it and pulled it out of her pocket and saw she missed a call from Max and just shrugged it off, putting it back into her pocket and kept walking.
She figured that she was going to just find a nice place to sit and start sketching our her next plan as media director, she didn't expect something crazy to happen. It was just something she normally did.

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style, background-color: dddddd; border: #cccccc solid 8px; width: 420px; padding: 15 5 15 5px;] JUST STOP AND THINK IT THROUGH, ANOTHER POINT OF VIEW The Words: four eight three The Outfit: click here The Notes Oh my god, I am so stoked for these two! Aengus couldn't even begin to explain how refreshed and, let's face it, happy he was now that he had left New York. He didn't feel like he needed to watch his back and that the skeletons in his closet were slowly eroding and disintegrating into nothing. All he needed to do was think about how he was going to skyrocket the guirls that he had taken on, how he was going to make them all-star material. He wasn't even doing it for his own sake, he saw how passionate the girls were about their music and just wanted them to have the success he felt they deserved. Aengus had more than enough money to support himself and that was all that he needed - he had lived with much, much less. He couldn't deny that he did miss aspects of his old life, well only one aspect to be exact. Her name was Clio (oddly spelt, though that was the beauty of it) and they had been best friends since he first arrived in New York. She knew everything about what had happened, but he never figured out how she felt about it all - he left without ever finding out. He regretted leaving so abruptly, but he couldn't stay any longer - he felt disgusted with himself and even if Clio accepted and forgave him, he didn't think he could, himself. He still hadn't.
Walking out of his tour bus, he gave a long stretch, he felt good about the day ahead, even though he now had thoughts of Clio rushing through his head. Running a hand through his hair, he walked throughout the buses, trying to spot either Ellie or maybe Kable. He knew the both of them would keep him busy, seeing as today he actually had somewhat of a day off. However, as he walked throughout the buses, he noticed someone near the staff buses. It took him a moment or two before it finally clicked. If the devil were on earth and could speak, he would be speaking of the girl that was stuck in his head and evidently, had brought her to life. He didn't let himself believe it; she couldn't be here, she wasn't allowed to be here. His curiosity finally took hold and he walked towards the blond, seeing her pen to paper, another eerie familiarity. Finally, when he got close enough, there was no a shadow of a doubt in his mind that it was Clio sitting there, in front of him, "Clio..." he merely muttered her name and the thoughts came rushing back. The feelings he felt when he saw hi ex with hsi best friend, the feeling of afterward, seeing her in the hospital bed, "What are you doing here?" he asked, not even realizing that she probably didn't know he was here, either. |

From her parent's judgement and everything and probably from her crazy family. She had heard her brother finally brought his well, uh wife home and she didn't want to be around for that family reunion to be honest. She didn't want to have anything to do with it at all. She knew that her mother was probably going crazy and her father was ready to kill Jay. But she knew they would work it out themselves with Lia the peacemaking sister. She had no reason to be there, she'd add more trouble to the whole mess and she knew it. Scribbling down ideas in the notebook, she kept pushing her hair back behind her ears. She should of listened to her mother and gotten it cut before she left but she knew it would just grow up, and Aengus always liked it long. She pushed him out of her thoughts, she had to work right? Right, there would be plenty of time for thinking about him after she was done. She just...didn't understand why he left without telling her. She knew what happened, but they were best friends and she hated the fact that he said nothing, like she meant nothing at all to him. Letting out a loud sigh. She just figured she should stop thinking about him and stop looking, she had no leads to where he was and if he didn't want to be found she wouldn't find him.
She tucked her legs under her as she sat down, leaning on the tree. Trying to figure out what the hell to do. She didn't notice anyone walking up to her, well, you would think she would of, but she was too wrapped up with scribbling on the paper and then she heard her name. Clio recognized the voice and she didn't even want to look up because she was terrified of what or who she would see. She bit down on her lip though and forced herself to look up. She was confused and shocked but confused. Why the hell was he there? The person she had been looking for. She sat back against the tree. Trying to form words and she did. "I'm the media director. I got fired from MTV." She told him, shock clearly evident in her voice. "What are you doing here?" She asked, tilting her head to the side, curiosity getting the better to her. She just wanted to jump up and hug her. But she didn't, she didn't think she could move really..

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style, background-color: dddddd; border: #cccccc solid 8px; width: 420px; padding: 15 5 15 5px;] JUST STOP AND THINK IT THROUGH, ANOTHER POINT OF VIEW The Words: don't even want to know The Outfit: click here The Notes Oh my god, I am so stoked for these two! The moment he laid eyes on Clio, he could hardly believe it. He wanted her, for sure - he missed her company more than a lot of things, but he didn't like the memories she brought with her. It was nice being here with no one that he knew, well, except for Evangeline, but she didn't count, seeing as the two of them both had their secrets and they were both sort of "helping" each other through it. Clio was different, he actually really cared about her and wanted nothing but to see her happy, nothing else. It was getting more and more frustrating for him - he didn't really know how to react to this whole thing. Was he supposed to let her just talk and ask what she wanted to ask, having him answer and be reminded of what he did all over again? Aengus couldn't handle that, not right now. Sure, it was a pansy way of thinking, but Aengus was sensitive guy, very inverted when he wanted to be. Running a hand through his hair, he took a deep breath in a let it out, trying to remain calm and collected, It was hard though, with everything he wanted to do and say to the girl who was now in front of him. He wanted to hug her and tell her missed her, but he also wanted her to leave and never come back. Aengus was ashamed of himself, to say the least, and he didn't deserve to be in Clio's company.
Hearing her speak, he felt a rush of so many emotions running through him and it ultimately made him somewhat angry. However, his anger didn't show through, just shock and concern when she stated that she had got fired from MTV, "Fired? Why?" he asked before he heard her ask why he was on tour, "Ye know vera well why I'm here." he stated, his scottish accent showing through heavily. It was the anger, it made him lose concentration, "You canna possibly ask me that question." he added before he shook his head, "So you're 'ere for the long haul, then?" he asked, not really knowing whether or not he wanted the answer. |

She felt her phone go off in her pocket again and she knew it was either family or Max but she didn't dare to pick it up. Not right now, she wished it would stop. That was what sucked with this whole situation. She knew she couldn't tell her family or her other best friend. She still considered Aengus her best friend despite him disappearing, he didn't stop being her best friend right or was that her just being nice? Hell, she didn't know how he was now. She was the type of person to give someone the benefit of the doubt sometimes. She just tried to be different from the rest of the people in the world. Whether it was because the way she was raised or because her sister had instilled the theory on her. She was pretty sure that she forgave him for what he did to his ex wife. Well, she didn't particularly about her either. If anything she was in the way and she hated it. He seemed happier without her but she knew that he could be dangerous and by that she didn't try ever to upset him.
Clio tried to find something else to say. She really couldn't figure out what to do. When he asked why she was fired, well she didn't know why. They had told her she had done great, fantastic actually but that she would be better use some where else. "Don't know, said I was too good at my job." She said with a shrug of her shoulders. She raised a eyebrow at him as he spoke. Some how she figured that it pissed him off but she just sighed and brushed the tone of his voice off like it was nothing. "So, why are you here?" She asked again, being persistent as usual. Clio looked down at the notebook and back at him. "Yes, it seems like it unless I get fired from here too." She said as she wrote down another idea that popped into her head that she had no intent on losing at the moment.

The whole situation was just creeping up on him so fast that he almost didn't know how to react. There she was, the girl that knew everything about him (well, excluding anything sexually) and he had no idea what to say or how to think. He knew things would be different now, there was no doubt about that; Aengus was a different person and he wanted to keep it that way. But then again, having her so close - within arms reach even - was almost too much for him to bare. He missed having his arms around her, their late night phone calls, coffee dates - everything. Everything about her, he missed; she never did anything to hurt him and he alsmot hated her for that because now he felt terrible about pushing her away and acting the way he was. Aengus was never usually this cold and reserved, but he needed to keep his distance from her, he knew what she carried with her and he really, just didn't want that around him.
When she asked again what he was doing here, he scratched the back of his neck and shrugged, "I'm the band manager for one of the bands on tour." he explained, plainly, "What made ye decide to become a media director for a band tour?" he asked before he furrowed his eyebrows, "And why in God's name did you have to choose this one?" he demanded, even though he knew that she probably had no idea where he was before this. Letting out a heavy sigh, he looked away from her and shook his head, trying not to show the frustration and conflict that was going through his mind, "Sorry...I-I'm sorry." he stated before he sighed again, "I just..." he didn't know what to say, what could he say? "I should go." he finished before he turned and started to head in the opposite direction of where he initially decided to go. |

She use to and it was hard, seeing him like this. It was getting her all worked up and easily stressed. She felt the energy drink hit her like a sack of bricks like her blood was electricity and it was causing her to twitch a little. She unfolded her legs so the stayed straight in front of her as she looked down at the notebook and closed it. It was useless trying to think about work now...now that he showed up. She couldn't handle working right now. She just wanted to be back in his arms again. She wanted everything to go back to normal with a few minor details of course, like his ex not being around and she actually liked not working at MTV too, it wasn't that bad. Biting her lip she sighed and just shook her head. She didn't know what to do other than to just keep calm. She wanted her Aengus back but she figured that wasn't going to happen with what had happened in the past. Even though she wasn't any part of it. She knew something was off when he first saw her and Clio for once, didn't know whether to give up or keep going with this.
She nodded as he spoke again, this meant she would probably end up seeing him a lot now. That was good right? "Which band?" She asked softly as she made small swirls on the cover of the notebook. Of course when he spoke again she looked up. Her brows furrowed together. She didn't get it. Why he had to be like this. It was just her. "My father got me the job after I got fired. I didn't know you were here I swear despite the fact I've been looking for you." She said, pushing the notebook to the ground before she got up and leaned against the tree now standing. She watched as he stumbled through his words. "Aengus wait!" She called, jogging up behind him and putting a hand on his broad shoulder. "Stop, you use to be able to talk to me. Why can't you do that now?"" She asked, a frown on her face as she tried to figure out why he was acting like this. .

It killed him to think of her in such a negative way when it was nothing but positive before, maybe too positive if only because he was with his ex at the time. Honestly, if things had been different, he would have chosen to be with Clio instead. Unfortunately, fate made it so that the two of them weren't going to be together, not even at friends at this point, if Aengus kept on feeling how he was at that moment. Running a hand through his hair, he bit down on his lower lip and tried to sort everything out - he tried to make it all make it sense. Obviously, it wasn't working and it could possibly be making things worse, if he wasn't careful. There was a small part of him that still saw potential in being friends with her, but he didn't think that it would be any time soon. He was still too shooken up about the whole thing, it was only a few months ago that it happened. Everything was still fresh and new in his mind, the wound was too raw for him to think about forgetting it.
Hearing her explanation, it didn't surprise him that her father was the one to get her the gig. Back when he was in New York, he and her dad were good freinds, both having a lot in common and always having something to talk about. He would always ask when he would start dating his daughter and leave the girl he was with at the time. Sometimes it got a bit awkward, especially if Clio was in the room, but he lived with it because he knew the guy had a good heart, "Uhmm, 'The Young Sound'." he explained before he cleared his throat, "The all girl band on tour." he added. It was when he turned to leave that he heard her speak and her voice caused him to stop in his tracks. Turning around, he looked at her, giving her sad eyes before he shook his head, "Because I can't look at ye wi'out thinking about what I did." he explained and shook his head, "I feel nothin' but shame and I can see in ye eyes that ye are 'shame of me too." he admitted, "I can't handle it." he explained before he turned around and started walking about again. |

A habit she couldn't break when she was nervous. Right now she was nervous as hell and she bit them , trying to stop herself, but everything was ending up to be shit and she just couldn't. Her persistent behavior was making this hard. By the looks of it he didn't want to talk to her and to be honest it really fucking hurt. She wanted to make sense of it all. She felt like she screwed the whole thing up. That this was all her fault or something. She never did anything bad to him. Clio couldn't of screwed up. Maybe it was just her, this was her thinking. Her brain panicking because he didn't seem to even care. She did care though, she still cared a lot about him and never stopped. She didn't know why he couldn't see that. It wasn't that hard to see right? If it was then she wasn't really good at showing her feelings then. She hated being treated like a stranger. That's how it felt. That he couldn't even talk to her and she didn't want to be somebody he used to know.
The fact that her father gotten her the job made her ten times more determined to impress him. Although, she wondered if he knew that Aengus was going to be on the tour. He couldn't of right? Her parents well, they pretty much loved him. They were always hinting at the two getting together but she knew that was impossible then and now...now that it seemed like all he wanted to do was push her away and make her stay away. She nodded her head when he answered her questions about what he was doing on the tour. "Oh? I've heard of them. Hollow Crown is one of my favorites though." She said, trying to force a small smile but she felt it was too strained. His words broke her heart when he stopped to look at her. She couldn't...find the right words but she was trying to. "I'm...I'm not ashamed of you." She said to his back as he walked away. "I'm ashamed that you didn't even come to me and let me help you.' She ran a hand through her hair, trying not to get too worked up. She didn't know what to do now. She kinda wanted to call her sister and cry or something. But no, she set her mind on getting her best friend back. .

As he bore his soul out to the girl that he used to do with on a regular basis, he couldn't help feeling some sort of relief, like a ton of weight just fell off his shoulders. But It was obvious that he still had so much more to shed. There were times where all he could think about was what he had done and how he could never forgive himself for what happened. He knew the torture of his mind was well deserved and he embraced it. How else was he supposed to react? How else was he supposed to live his life? He wasn't a bad person, he knew that he was in the wrong and that it was miracle his ex didn't press charges against him. Maybe she knew that she was in the wrong as well? Not that she deserved, in any way, what Aengus did to her, of course. Those thoughts always ran through his mind, never stopping and always taking over in any way that they could. They would never stop and Aengus knew that; eventually he would have to tell someone, if only to feel even more relief than he felt now.
Hearing her words, he almost wanted to run into her arms and thank her - thank her for not judging him and for accepting what he had done in the best possible way. But he couldn't - he just couldn't. If he couldn't forgive himself, how was anyone else supposed to? Looking at her for a moment, he shook his head and let out a soft sigh, not knowing to really go from here. "You canna possibly be ashamed of me for just tha'." he explained before he shook his head, "What I did was unforgivable, and I know tha'. Please, just stay away. I canna look at you without feeling as though I've failed ye as a person..." he paused, prepared to walk away. It was then that something else entered his mind. Keeping his back to her, he lowered his head and looked behind himself, towards her, "If ye were anyone else, I'd be able to move on." he explained, having to mean it to sound more of a compliment than anything. |

She wasn't going to just leave him. No, she was looking for him now she found him. She wasn't going to let him push her away. She wanted him to talk to her and not make her feel like she had done something wrong. She believed she didn't do anything wrong, then again, she could have and not noticed. She should probably stop thinking like that. It wasn't going to help her at all. She'd just get more upset and that was never a good thing. She wished she had slept. She knew she wasn't going to get any sleep until this was going to be fixed. She knew her habits well and she was not amused by it. She hoped it wouldn't affect her work, it shouldn't right? It never really did. Running a hand through her hair, she wanted to tell him everything was going to be fine.
When he spoke again, Clio just sighed, shaking her head. He couldn't possibly know what she was thinking. He may have been her best friend but he didn't read her mind. "Don't say that." She said, frowning. "You can't possibly know what I'm thinking." She almost yelled at him,, running a hand through her hair again. His last words, they kinda confused her. She wasn't sure if it was a compliment or not. "Do you really expect me to stay away? After everything?" She called after him. "I..don't....stop thinking I'm ashamed of you." She said, almost ready to give up. .
