It was a little too early. But he found himself waking up, with a major hangover to boot. There was no point in trying to sleep, as it was far too difficult too when he was sober. Partly because he couldn’t deal with the nightmares that plagued his subconscious. Not today anyway. he sighed as he knew he had to get up, he had a set later, practise in a couple of hours. It annoyed him more that he had run out of coke too. And alcohol. Which really did stress him out more so than usual. Grumbling, Kaiden ran his hand through his hair and decided to head out, partly because he had nothing else better to do. That and he didn’t want to be stuck in the bus. It was driving him insane, the enclosed space/ he could never deal well with confinement, but that didn’t mean he liked the outdoors much either.
In fact...there wasn’t much he did like, at all. He sighed as he headed out, closing the door behind him. the others were out, and he was sure they wouldn’t miss his presence. And the same really could be said for him. not that he hated them or anything...it was just that he valued his alone time. And he was a introverted person anyway. he didn’t really know what to do with his spare time...except go on a hunt for something to drink, then score some coke.
Though he’d do that later, when he was away from his bandmates. He still didn’t want them to know that he was on it...not yet. He couldn’t face another lecture, especially by his manager. And no way was he going to rehab again, as he felt that was like torture. But according to everyone, he was clean so it didn’t matter. He smirked slightly as he digged out a cigarette from his pocket and subsequently lighting it. He took a long drag as he walked around the venue, stopping just outside the merch tents.
Taking drags of his cigarette, watching the smoke escape from his lip, he continued to stand there, bored out of his mind. But then again, he did not feel like moving much anyway. as he reasoned he’d either run into some pesky annoying fan or someone just as equally annoying. Like some photographer or...journalist. Sighing, Kaiden was off in his own world, not really paying much attention to those around him.

SHE COULD BE A JOAN OF ARC it was early, way earlier than faye was used to being awake, but lately she hadn't been able to sleep. not that she was used to being deprived of her sleep. considering the fact that she spent most of her time on a tour bus or in a van or on the road in some way shape of form, she was actually really good about making sure that she got enough sleep. mainly because she used sleeping pills, along with a bunch of other medications to keep herself the bouncing ball of energy that the fans recognized her as. now that her life was back on track and she was doing something productive with her life again her depression was under control, but there were still nights when she couldn't sleep because she got lost in her thoughts. the last thing that faye needed was to slip back into that terrible depression that she was in years ago, not now when things in her life were going so well.
rolling out of her bunk, she figured that she might as well get out and do something to keep herself busy. she didn't like to be alone doing nothing for too long, she always started to think about her past when she did and faye was in no mood to be sedated by her medications. she had a busy day ahead of her, she would need to be alert and ready, not sedated by her various pills. she wasn't really sure what exactly it was that she was going to go do so she figured that she would just walk over to the merch tents and just hang out for a bit. she made a habit of randomly popping up at merch and signing a few random goodies for fans. it was probably a bad habit but she wouldn't be where she was now if it weren't for the fans.
faye walked around and looked at everything around her. she really was glad to be out on tour doing something that she loved so much. it made it easier for her to move on with her life and let go of her past. she hated talking to interviewers about her past, no one ever really knew the truth about what happened. instead she just told the cliche story about how she came from a broken home and had a rough time growing up. which honestly wasn't the truth, her parents were still happily married and they were getting along just fine. she just couldn't bare to tell anyone the truth about her past with her ex boyfriend and the baby that they almost had. wrapping her arms around her stomach she looked down at the ground, not really watching where she was going. she had done it again, she had lost herself in thoughts of her past again.
thankfully she had her medications with her in a tiny pill bottle that she carried around in her backpack. she always made sure that the bottle was filled with the exact dose of pills that she needed to take. she needed to find somewhere to stop and take her pills before she slipped into another depression. walking right outside the merch tents she leaned against a wall and sighed. the last thing that she had wanted was to start thinking about her past again. looking around she saw some guy standing across from her smoking a cigarette. she couldn't help but roll her eyes a bit, big shot rock star smoking a cigarette, her must have thought he was so cool. tilting her head to the side faye realized that she recognized him, not because he was obviously on the tour, she had seen him around before, but from somewhere else. she couldn't put her finger on it. getting some smoke to the face, she coughed loudly, making sure it got his attention. "smoking kills you know. i bet your girlfriend wouldn't find it too attractive." looking over at him taking a really good look this time she gasped a little bit, finally realizing where she remembered him from.
she was standing in front of her ex boyfriend and father of her child, kaiden, hopefully he didn't realized who she was. faye wasn't read to face down her past, not now, not here. WORDS 720 TAGGED KAiDEN OUTFIT HERE NOTES sorry this took so long D:TEMPLATE BY WE WERE INFINITE ! OF CAUTIO 2.0

He couldn’t be bothered to move. Which was not unusual for kaiden wolfe. He wouldn’t say he was all that lazy, it was just, there was nowhere to really go, not on tour, not without getting himself lost. He had an appalling sense of direction, so he tried to stick to the places he knew. And the first thing he usually figured out when going to a new city was where the nearest bars where, and where the nearest dealers were situated . Sure that had made him seem terrible, but at this point, he didn’t care.
He had been using all these years as a sort of self medication process, to get over his past. He had horrific skeletons in his closest that he’d much rather keep to himself. Absolutely no one knew of what had gone on in his life, he hadn’t told a soul, mainly because he couldn’t trust anyone. The one person he did trust was long one, she wouldn’t want to know him anymore. He frowned as she came to the forefront of his mind, for no real reason too. He knew it was wrong, to be thinking of her, because it just brought back those horrible memories he had been trying to keep at bay.
Perhaps he should of sought out help back then. But he figured it was too late now. Besides...No one could really help him get over his past. The drugs were helping way better than any counselling or stupid happy pills that he convinced himself didn’t work, despite never taking them. That one time where he endured a short stay at rehab, he had pushed to talk to a counsellor. Though he didn’t listen and stormed out of the room before anything else could be said.
He didn’t want to open up, didn’t anyone see that? Grumbling, he continued to smoke away on the cancer stick, his blue eyes just aimlessly wandering round the venue. It was just your typical turnout, really. Nothing out of the ordinary. It was the same old people that walked by, par from the various bands on tour. To be honest, kai had kept to himself since it started, not really paying much attention to the other bands that were on this lone up. Sure that seemed ignorant, but in fact, it was because he didn’t feel like socialising. When drunk or high, he gave an air about him that eluded the world that he was confident. Though...That was just a lie. He was more on an introverted person than anything, liking his own space really.
Coughing absent-mindedly, he hadn’t noticed there was someone nearby him. He didn’t turn to look, as he just spoke as the female voice went on about his smoking. ”but you’re not dead yet. Besides i think it’s a turn on for most..” he started , until his eyes glanced over the girl. It took him a few seconds, but he knew her. It had been so long...But he knew that face. He just stared at her, gobsmacked. He didn’t know what to say, as he just blinked, taking a panicking draw off his cigarette. ”faye?” he questioned, unsure what to really do. But it was obvious, it was her. ”fuck...”he cursed internally , rubbing his forehead.
